Are you passionate about cultural exchange and working with teenagers? We're looking for an Exchange Student Coordinator to join our team at Sputnik International!

Requirements:
- Age: 18-40 years old
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with both local and international staff
- Capable of working under pressure and multitasking
- Understanding and coordination skills specifically with teenagers

Preferable Qualifications:
- Proficiency in languages other than English and Sinhala
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience working with students
